In today’s globalized business environment international transactions between Greek companies and foreign companies have increased rapidly. These international cross-border transactions often result in debts, particularly in a period of economic crisis. Our company provides consulting services to foreign companies wishing to collect claims against debtors with assets in Greece and in Greek companies wishing to recover their claims abroad.

Furthermore, we offer our legal services in cases which need to be tried in court, even if the processing will take place abroad.

We have long experience in relation to the procedure of exequatur, as well as with the procedure of “European Enforcement Order” for uncontested claims, which was introduced by Regulation 805/2004, but also with the procedure for the European order for payment introduced by Regulation 1896/2006.
